At Men and Trauma, I provide specialized mental health support exclusively for men in British Columbia who are navigating trauma, PTSD, depression, and shame. With over 30 years of experience in the helping professions, I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am fully registered as a Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
I understand the unique challenges men encounter when addressing trauma and emotional struggles. My approach is practical, compassionate, and outcome-focused, utilizing evidence-based strategies alongside a deep understanding of the lived experiences of men.
Through tailored trauma resources, I help my clients reclaim confidence, build resilience, and discover purpose—supporting them in the challenging journey of healing and personal growth. My goal is to foster a safe, non-judgmental space where men can confront their challenges, work through shame, and move toward meaningful, empowered lives.
